Overview

All International Green, Red and Black Belt members of the IIAPS are provided with automatic membership of the IIAPS Careers Advisory Service. This service provides members with support in their careers. This is through advice on training and experience needs, as well as information about potential jobs with employers. These jobs are available from subscribing organisations searching for highly competent individuals for key positions worldwide.

Given the objective and auditable nature of the IIAPS assessment and qualification process potential recruiters are able (if candidates allow it) to access all of the performance records of IIAPS members as recorded during the training process for membership. This provides a transparent way for potential employees to assess candidate aptitude and performance, both practically and theoretically.

IIAPS can also work closely with subscribing organisations, not only to locate suitably qualified IIAPS candidates for key jobs, but also to understand their current competence gaps. This is achieved using our PSCM & ICA Index competence assessment and benchmarking tools.

The IIAPS Internship Programme also offers highly motivated students a unique opportunity to obtain an internship at a leading company at the same time as completing the International Green Belt in Advanced Purchasing and Supply.
