Demonstrating Competence throughout the Strategic Sourcing Process

International Green, Red and Black Belt candidates have to demonstrate competence throughout the strategic sourcing process within a simulation environment. They are trained, assessed and examined in their ability to undertake (in ‘real-time’) ALL of the pre-contractual and post-contractual activities and tasks that are required to demonstrate an advanced professional competence in category management and strategic sourcing.
